1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. Return Process
- Submit a Return Request via fueravia@gmail.com.
- Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
- Ship the package to our return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping fees.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color within 14 days of delivery. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
